About Polarity Wisdom™
Polarities are tensions and conflicts we navigate every day, whether we call them polarities or not! In this workshop, you will learn the language of polarities, learn to distinguish between problems and polarities, and also see how they invisibly operate within individuals, teams, and organizations.
When narrow, short-term solutions are implemented without a deep understanding of the polarities at play, the consequences can be abundant: fragmented teams, unresolved conflicts, lack of innovation, reduced effectiveness, difficulty adapting to change, burnout, and turnover.
To help leaders be more effective in addressing existing and emergent challenges, we need to help them see the landscape differently. Polarity Wisdom™ enables leaders to deeply understand what is at the heart of a tension and how to manage it in more generative ways.
